I genuinely thought being tired, moody, and slightly unhinged was just part of being an adult. Like… that’s it. That’s the experience.

Anyway turns out I was just not taking care of myself 💀

So I started doing tiny things.
Nothing impressive. No personality change.

Just small daily rituals… a little bit of ✨delusion✨ and romanticising my life.

And somehow?
I feel like a completely different person.

Like… who is she??
Insane.
