NO, NO, NO…….sunbeds are not safe and are not going to increase your vitamin D, they will give you that glow that you are chasing and maybe make you feel great in yourself for a short period but overall they will damage your DNA in your skin cells and cause life changing devastating skin cancer!

So I thought I would show how I take care of my body and mind. As lots of you know I strength train 4-6 times a week coupled with Pilates and swim maybe twice a week too as well as lots of walking. I massage my lovely clients countless hours a week and I always advise what to do to benefit. I cold dip, I use magnesium salts 4 times a week in warm baths as well as lots of other self care. Now this is what happens when you don’t do your regular massage/cupping/acupuncture. I took one for the team…..please don’t leave it like me!! Keep your regular treatments it’s more beneficial in the long run…..now how good do I feel 🥰

I have had a two hour slot become available on Valentines/Galentine’s Day. 2 hours 10-12…..it could be a nice pamper session for 1, a couples massage (1 hour each) or a girlie morning….xx
