Went to the Norwich Castle Museum today and saw the Viking exhibit. I surprised a few being the first Rollo they've ever met.

Lots of interesting things to see and learn.

I took this a while ago. For various reasons it's one of my most personal photographs and I almost look like I've a tan! I'm normally as pale as a ghost! 👻
I'm normally far more comfortable behind the lens.

🎶 I can see clearly now the rain has gone, I can see all obstacles in my way, Gone are the dark clouds that had me blind, It's gonna be a bright (bright) bright (bright) sunshiny day! 🎶

I knew that although the path ahead was uncertain, but there'd be no turning back! After all, when you hit rock bottom you can only go up.

I decided on this day I'd turn things around and help others. Using the lessons life had taught me I'd start to follow my passion and quit trading time for money and live life with meaning and purpose.

Now I run www.betterminded.com Hypnotherapy and Counselling and help people lose weight (FATnosis), overcome phobias, quit smoking, channel their energy into productive results, beat depression, stress and anxiety, eliminate pain (S.T.E.P.S Protocol) and get closure (Broken Heart Cure).
