Hayley Matthews is a Rolfer with practices in Norwich and London
Rolfing is a form of hands on body work and an educational process that can address posture, alignment, recovering from pain, performance, balance and wellness. As Rolfers we work with our hands in the fascial/connective tissue of the body. We address the patterns that we get into in our every day lives; we look at patterns that could be more efficient and mean we are more well, more balanced and more free; where we can be more on our own 'line' and breath, walk and work more efficiently. We also work with perception; how we build our world and our relationships and how we touch and function in standing and walking and every day living, whatever that is for each person. Rolfing is officially a 10 session process, which we recommend is taken step by step. However some clients come for 1-3 sessions, or continue Rolfing if they find it useful, beyond the 10 sessions
