Seasons greetings - a bitter sweet time when joy and grief touch shoulders. A time of reflection, hope and intention.
What’s keeping you stuck? What wounds have you tended and which have you swaddled too tightly applying defense mechanism bandages that recreate patterns whilst trying to breathe? What of your core beliefs do you hold that are true and what have you inherited from others?
It takes curiosity and courage to look within but acceptance, understanding and self-awareness bring peace.
As the year comes to a close I’m wishing peace to all in 2026.

Saturday Gratitude

Some time ago, I came across a short excerpt from a conversation with Jorge Bucay, Argentine writer and therapist, that I want to share with you.

It’s a simple story, yet it says everything about love, respect, and freedom. Real love isn’t about shaping someone into what we want them to be; it’s about giving them the space to be who they truly are, and loving them for it.

The older I get, the more I realize how much peace comes from that kind of acceptance, both for others and for ourselves. Maybe that’s the lesson in all of it: when we’re true to ourselves, we naturally become the version that shines the brightest for us, and for those who love us.

I'm grateful for the kind of love that celebrates exactly that.
