Let go of what is beyond your reach.
Take a slow breath. Soften your shoulders.

Rest your mind the way you rest your body.
Tomorrow will come with its own strength.

For now, be still.

Life often feels uncertain, and the mind tries to control what cannot be controlled.

This creates worry about the future and regret about the past, pulling us away from the only moment that truly exists—the present.

When you slow down and trust the process of life, a quiet peace begins to appear.
Gratitude shifts your focus from what is missing to what is already here.

Not everything needs to be forced or rushed.
Walk gently, breathe deeply, and allow life to unfold in its own time.

Sometimes the greatest strength is simply to trust, to flow, and to remember that in this moment, all is well.

Our Story

Jessica is a Senior Yoga Teacher with over 12 years teaching experience. Founder of Bliss Yoga Norwich and Bliss Pregnancy Yoga Norwich. Jessica Teaches a gentle style of flowing Yoga for the individual that includes breath work and relaxation. Classes are a great way to ease out physical and emotional tensions helping you feel refreshed and restored. Jessica is passionate about sharing her knowledge with the community.

Jessica currently shares:

Community Yoga for all ages and abilities Pregnancy Yoga. Learn breathing techniques, birthing positions and relaxation to help you have a gentle birth experience. Meet other mums to be and share experiences. Baby Yoga. Learn gentle Yoga moves to rhymes and songs. Benefits baby's development, sleeping and much more. A great way to have fun with your baby and get fit too.
