Ok, let’s talk budget, because it is a massive part of life right now, and the price of plan is something that I get asked about the most…
One thing I will just say, the beauty of this 1:1 Diet is it is step based. Each step is priced differently, and you WILL lose weight on each step as they are all below the average daily recommended calorie intake for maintaining weight.
So we can completely work within your budget, the weight may be slower to go on a cheaper/ higher step, but it will happen!
Be real with yourself, how much do you think you spend on food for yourself over a week? I know it is hard to work it out with a family shop as everyone has different things, but let’s take a look at some figures:
🍽 Average weekly shop for family of 4 - £120 (30 per person)
🥡 How much do you spend on takeaways a week? I know for a fact when I have an Indian takeaway with the kids, my meal is around £22 (main, rice, side & Naan)
🧋Do you enjoy a sexy coffee from your favourite coffee shop a couple of times a week? I know I do… and don’t look at the price! These can be anywhere between £4-£5, so potentially at least £10-15 a week
🍹Alcohol! Who is having a glass or two at the weekends, or to wind down from a manic day? Or even a few sneaky cocktails with the girls or beers with the guys? I am guilty, I am a sucker for a pornstar, but have you seen the prices recently!? A decent bar is charging up to £10 for cocktails and yes they are amazing but two of those and I am already £20 in!
💸 All that in total equals £84, which I can tell you now is more, YES MORE than the most expensive (and fastest) step I offer.
