I absolutely love this video. Just a brief insight into what goes on behind the scenes to maintain our beautiful organic gardens and I’m always amazed by how tiny our little factory actually is where all our beautiful blue bottles of organic loveliness are created! I think this makes us very unique, we literally do from seed to bottle ourselves.

Also what Fraser our Head Gardener doesn’t know, isn’t worth knowing!! 🪏🪴🌳

Last week I had the wonderful opportunity thanks to Whispers Boutique of being part of a packing party voluntering for the amazing local charity called Little Lifts.

Little Lifts is a charity that provides the most thoughtfully handpicked gift Boxes to people affected by breast cancer. it was heart warming to hear live testimonials from ladies who had battled breast cancer and been a recipient of one of these boxes during their treatment and how much comfort the box brought.

It really was such a wonderful morning and please do check this local charity out.

We’ve never used harmful plastic microbeads in any of our scrubs or polishes and are proud to have successfully lobbied the UK government, alongside Greenpeace and Fauna & Flora International, to BanTheBead.

I know I’m not the most active person on social media! I much prefer meeting you all in person and sharing my passion, love & pride about Neal’s Yard Remedies with you all face to face.

However, as it’s World Environment Day today, I thought it only right that I share all the wonderful things we do daily as a brand that we often forget to shout about.

For us, it’s just normal but I have to remind myself that not all brands operate the same way and I think we take it for granted that our ethical & sustainable approach is simply part of our brand DNA and who we are. So today and I’m going to share loud & proud about the wonderful things we do to help our environment on a daily basis.
