As we head into the postnatal section of our August classes, we thought we would share this useful sleep guide.

Also helpful, as the weather will now be starting to change into chillier evenings heading into 🍂 Autumn.

Week 3 this week, will be mostly about breastfeeding but there will be plenty about pumping, mixed feeding and formula too.

We want to make infant feeding week inclusive for everyone, no matter how you intend to feed you baby 👶 We will be giving you all the knowledge and skills so you can make informed choices (as always!)
