Happy New Year everybody!!
It’s been a slow and quiet start to 2026 for me. No big shebang. No big resolutions. No pressure.
My intention is just to move with more grace and softness. To have more allowance and acceptance of myself, what I’m aware of and to continue to integrate more and more of me and just see where that takes me…

No expectations. Just more presence.

So rather than get caught up in the hustle and bustle of new year planning - we are here in beautiful Southwold, one of my absolute fave places!!

It’s quiet and so beautiful and I can already feel more connected to my spirit - think it must be the combo of sun, sea, sand and snow!!!

What if the only promise you ever make to yourself is to be fully present, kind and accepting of who you are, where you are and how you feel in each and every moment?

Happy New Year 🥰❤️

Do not fall for narrow-minded perspectives regarding who you are.

Do not allow yourself to be punished by false ideologies rooted in punitive norms forced on humanity by antiquated religious beliefs that have nothing to do with the uplifting of Souls and the healing of what hurts in the heart of humanity.

Reject "Spiritual Bypassing".
You are not what happened to you.
You are what you are becoming.

Only you can give meaning to your life experiences.
Reject false perspectives that hurt you more than heal and uplift.

Revise what you've been told.
Deconstruct your life lived in adherence to something, someone out of yourself.

Everything you need is within. Not without. Not in the skies. Not in a structure. Giving your power away to a "power" outside of you strips your Soul of her Uniqueness.

You are holy as you are. Holes and all. Wounds and all.
You are your own savior. Your own healer.
You are the Maker of Your Soul.
You are part of everything and everything is within you.

Deconstruct and reconstruct yourself as your life's journey inspires you. Remember your stepping stones. Remember who you were before you began modeling yourself by the false images of cultural norms.

Deep down you know who you are.

Breathe like a tree. You are the tree.

This is what I wish for you in 2026 and beyond...................................................

Your sensing is a gift 💝
