I've been diving into Human Design lately… and honestly, It's lit me up!

It feels like a blueprint for how our energy is meant to move in the world and when I weave it in with my other tools… the potential for transformation is huge.

I can already see how supportive it’s going to be for my clients, not only helping them release what no longer serves them, but also showing them how they’re designed to thrive.

Today, we reach the peak of the Sun’s power, the Summer Solstice, the longest day of the year.

The sun has always been a sacred force and across time, many Sun Goddesses have held this fire within them..

🔶️ Amaterasu (Japan) Goddess of the Sun who brought light back to the world after retreating into darkness.

🔶️ Saule (Baltic) Solar goddess of fertility, protection, and justice, dancing across the sky in a chariot of gold.

🔶️ Sekhmet (Egypt) Fierce solar warrior and healer, the embodiment of solar fire and divine feminine power.

🔶️ Áine (Celtic) Goddess of the sun, sovereignty, and love, wild, sensual, and untamed.

They remind us that we too are vessels of light, fire, power, and purpose.
