⭐️ Meet the Consultant ⭐️
Hey everyone 👋 here’s a little bit about me…
I’m Tracy (without the ‘e’ 😂)
💼 Job: I’ve been a proud member of Slimming World for 15 years, and a Consultant for nearly 9 years. I run friendly, supportive groups in Brinsley on a Tuesday, Eastwood on a Wednesday morning & Bulwell on a Friday morning.
🎯 My achievement: 3.5 stone lost and kept off for good!
❤️ I love: Spending time with my family and friends.
🍽 Favourite recipes this week: Doner Kebab, Peri Peri Chicken, Korean BBQ Pork, SW chips
🥔 Favourite Free Foods: Chicken, pork, all kinds of potatoes, salads, grapes, berries… the list is endless! (Although I’ll admit. I’m not a big veg fan 🥴)
🥤 Favourite drinks: Pepsi Max, sparkling flavoured water… and a cheeky vodka, Peach Schnapps or fruit cider 🍹 (hot drinks are not for me!)
Without Slimming World, I wouldn’t be the person I am today. I truly understand what it feels like to struggle with weight and how overwhelming it can seem. That’s why supporting others on their journey means so much to me 💖
If you walk through my doors, I’ll do everything I can to help you lose weight, feel amazing, and enjoy life in a way you never thought possible ✨
I’ve tried so many diets over the years, quick fixes that never lasted. I’d lose weight, then gain it all back (and more). What makes Slimming World different is that it’s not a diet, it’s a healthy, flexible way of eating real, everyday foods you actually enjoy.
There’s no going hungry, nothing is off limits, (yes you can still enjoy Easter) and the best part? Your social life doesn’t have to stop! I love meals out, drinks with friends, and holidays, especially Portugal 🥰 🏝 and you can still lose weight while enjoying all of that! ❤️
