๐Ÿ’œ This is a disease that has touched so many of our ladies, especially in the last couple of years and our very own Coach Rosie is a huge supporter of having just walked 62 miles in October in memory of her mum and a friend. ๐Ÿ’œ

If you are Strength Training as you lose weight, your body will prioritise and protect muscle tissue and tend to burn more body fat for energy. Muscle tissue burns a lot of energy. When you are trying to lose weight and keep it off, it is critical that you do all that you can to burn primarily body fat and preserve muscle mass.
