Our friendships extend beyond our circuit and our interests and activities do too. We're all about feeling great and this is where you'll find tips, information and humour. 13 years ago she came for her year 10 work experience and took the circuit by storm. It was only a matter of (a very short) time before she started her transformation into a Curves Coach 'for real'.

She keeps us all in order (Coaches and members ha ha), and the absolute queen of those workout milestone celebrations 🀩

3 years ago she set herself a goal to develop her leadership skills and she is now doing some incredible work mentoring our new young Coaches πŸ’œ

Coach Tash, thank you for motivating us and for inspiring us πŸ”₯ (and for sometimes being nothing short of a bit of a noodle 🀣)

πŸ’ͺ Strength Training machines, designed specifically for women, featuring hydraulic resistance; inherently safe, no weight stacks to manage or repetitions to count.

πŸ’₯ Hydraulic resistance provides a double positive workout - you push with one muscle, and pull back with the opposing muscle

πŸ’ƒ Machines are alternated with metabolic conditioning stations - the muscles get recovery time, while your cardio workout continues

The chances are, if you are getting less than 10 workouts in a month - you got β€œstuff” going on. And that means if you got 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 or 9 workouts, then that is a massive achievement.
