It’s the return of Endurance GB - Derbyshire Group annual awards! And I’m so excited to share some clients results for the season!

Cherrycottage Princess (owned by Susi) completed her first Novice GER year and came away with the following!
🏆Longdendale Trophy , for highest competitive points from all rides 30km to 50 km
🏆The Rhua Trophy for Top Novice Horse from competitive points
🏆Iranna Trophy for top mare for the second year!
🏵️ 1200km accumulative rosette
🏵️450km for 2025
🏵️D3C award for completing three of Derbyshires Challengers rides
🏵️Zigsters Zenith coming 8th overall in Derbyshire.
🏵️ Runner up in the Summer Wine Cup

What an amazing round up for the season! So much hard work has gone into Princess’ performance this year and it’s been a pleasure to work alongside the wider team to achieve these goals!

Something I’ve had a discussion about with a few clients now! 💭

PSA for those with air-filled panels (or those considering them)! 💨

Air on its own changes in density with temperature changes, so air-filled panels will cause the saddle to feel and ride very differently from the initial saddling and even from the beginning to the end of each ride, especially in winter ❄️

I prefer wool or foam over air, but if you do have air panels, I highly suggest storing your saddle in a warm environment in the winter to prevent major changes in density 📈📉

🎄 Merry Christmas from Eloise Campion Equine Sports Therapy🎄

As the year comes to a close, I just want to take a moment to say thank you. Your continued support, kindness, and trust this past year have meant more to me than I can easily put into words.

Many of you know that this year brought some unexpected challenges, including buying my first home that sadly flooded. Your patience, understanding, and encouragement during that time truly helped carry me through, and I’m incredibly grateful to have such a supportive community around my business.

It’s a privilege to work with you and your horses, and I’m so thankful for each client who has been part of my journey this year.

I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas filled with rest, joy, and time with loved ones (two- and four-legged!). I look forward to seeing you all in the New Year and continuing our work together in 2026.

Integrating positional and myofascial release techniques for shoulder mobility really hit the spot for Pepper the other day ☺️

Sometimes manual soft tissue manipulation isn’t always the best approach for tricker horses, and finding the balance of what works vs what doesn’t is key to ensuring each treatment is most effective for your horse. There’s always a different approach we can take to treatments!
