Business Development Manager - Keyline Care Supported Living Services 👏 We're looking for a driven Business Development Manager to join our team at Keyline Care Supported Living. You'll play a vital role in expanding our services, ensuring maximum occupancy in our supported accommodations, and efficiently managing incoming referrals.

What we need:
✅ Proven experience with frameworks and tenders.
✅ Strong ability to liaise effectively with local authorities.
✅ Skilled in managing incoming referrals.
✅ Experience in the care sector.
✅ Strong IT and communication skills, particularly over the phone.
✅ Highly motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.

Location: Hucknall, Nottinghamshire
Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 9 am - 5 pm
Salary: £40,000-£50,000

Important Notice: Industrial Action by Resident Doctors
Please be aware that resident doctors will be taking national industrial action from 7 AM on Friday, July 25th, to 7 AM on Wednesday, July 30th. This will impact NHS services, including those at BSMHFT.

Rest assured, consultants, SAS doctors, and non-striking resident doctors will continue to provide care. If your clinic is affected, you will have been contacted, and alternative arrangements made.

Keyline Care Supported Living is looking for a skilled Maintenance Officer to join our team. If you're proactive, handy, and ready to make a real difference in the comfort and safety of vulnerable adults, children with complex needs, we want to hear from you!

In this crucial role, you'll be responsible for the ongoing maintenance, repair, and safety of our supported living properties. Your work directly impacts the quality of life for our residents, ensuring their homes are safe, accessible, and homely.

What You'll Do:
✅ Conduct routine inspections.
✅ Perform general repairs and maintenance.
✅ Liaise with external contractors for more complex repairs.
✅ Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations.
✅ Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities.
✅ Be available for occasional out-of-hours emergencies.

What We're Looking For:
✅ Proven experience in a similar maintenance role.
✅ Proficiency in various trades (plumbing, carpentry, painting).
✅ Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
✅ Strong commitment to health and safety.
✅ Good communication skills
✅ A full UK driving license
✅ Clean DBS check.
