Welcome to the next edition of our LITTLE ACRES BIG CHAT!!

Our newsletter that tells you all about some of the fantastic things we have been doing at Little Acres over the last few weeks. The residents have been working alongside our home manager Emma to create the newsletter and pick out the stories/pictures they would like to share with you all.

On Wednesday when we went to Cleethorpes Nigel spotted the train station, Nigel enjoys trains and wanted to get a closer look. The lovely security guard allowed Nigel onto the the platform and then helped him climb a board for a closer look on one of trains.

This made Nigel's day, thank you to the security guard at Cleethorpes train station!! 🚆

Last week we went for a game of bowling at Nottingham Tenpin bowling centre 🎳 We then stopped off at the Riverside Farmhouse restaurant for a carvery before doing some personal shopping at the Riverside retail park 🛒🛍

We had a great day, and are already planning our next day trip!!

"Little Acres was a soft place to land for my brother at a difficult time. They have looked after him beautifully and he has enjoyed his time with you. The staff cared for him as an individual and helped him regain his confidence.
Whenever I have visited all the other residents seemed happy and were treated with kindness and dignity."
