Baby reflexology taster session tomorrow morning

Guiding you and your baby through reflexology routines that promotes comfort and wellbeing. Since having my own baby who is now 14 months old! I provide him with reflexology every day for only 10 mins and I can see first hand the benefits it brings. Helping to provide calm in his bedtime routine or helping release tension when teething.

Let me reintroduce myself....

Hi I'm Kate.
An experienced Reflexology Practitioner and Gentle touch baby and children's reflexology instructor and practitioner.

Alongside being a baby and child's practitioner I work with clients who are going through fertility treatment, pregnancy and postpartum.

I am also trained and work with clients who are going through a cancer diagnosis including palliative care.

I work from my treatment room in Eastwood notts providing relaxing reflexology and head massage treatments.

I love and am amazed by how much reflexology can provide wellbeing benefits to my clients.

Reflexology can provide relaxation, release stress and tension and aid sleep.
Reflexology can also provide symptom support.

Along with providing individual treatments I run baby reflexology classes and drop in sessions.

Guiding you and your baby through reflexology routines that promotes comfort and wellbeing is an absolute joy. Since having my own baby who is now 14 months old! I provide him with reflexology every day for only 10 mins and I can see first hand the benefits it brings. Helping to provide calm in his bedtime routine or helping release tension when teething.

Hi all,
My prices will be increasing on 1st Feb 2026.

It was a hard decision. I am finding my outgoings are increasing for things like washing, electric & sundries, and I haven't increased my prices since I started. Trying to soak up the increasing costs is now not possible without increasing my prices.

I love providing reflexology treatments and seeing the benefits it provides for my clients.
