Hey everyone,

I wanted to add a bit of context around my relative digital absence.

Behind the scenes I’ve been balancing life as a holistic practitioner, a full-time university student, a wife, and mama to my very active, adventure-loving 3-year-old. It’s a beautiful, full season… and sometimes that means social media takes a back seat.

I haven't forgotten you wonderful people and I am deeply grateful for the continued support while I pursue my studies. Your encouragement, bookings, messages, and understanding means a lot. You’re not just supporting a business. You’re supporting a dream, a family, and a future I’m working so hard to build.

Hair is a vessel of energy.

A keeper of time, identity, and experience. It holds pieces of you: the chapters you've lived, the weight of seasons passed. Releasing it isn't just a physical act. It’s a quiet rebellion. A letting go of old roles, silent burdens, and borrowed expectations. It's an invitation to meet yourself without the layers. And in that shedding, you don't become someone else, you return to who you were always meant to be.

Through it all, I learned to speak gently to myself — to trade “why me?” for “I’m still me,” and to let that kindness be the voice that carries me forward. 🌿
