Menopause Action Plans are no longer a future consideration or a nice-to-have. They are now written into UK employment law and represent one of the most significant advances in workplace inclusion in decades.

For too long, menopause at work was misunderstood, minimised or ignored altogether. Today, that has changed.

Menopause support is moving from informal good practice to a clear legal and strategic requirement for employers.

But a Menopause Action Plan that genuinely works is about far more than compliance. It is about culture, leadership and long-term impact. Find out more in our latest article on our website now.

As we say goodbye to 2025 and start looking towards 2026, one thing is becoming increasingly clear: the conversation about women’s health at work has moved on. This is no longer about awareness days or good intentions. It’s about employment rights, accountability and meaningful action.

The pace is picking up. Expectations are rising. And employers who wait risk being left behind. Find out in Deborah Garlick's latest blog:

Thanks to a sneak peek from the brilliant Kate Muir, we’re delighted to share news of a truly groundbreaking book coming in January: Autistic Menopause by Dr Rachel Moseley and Prof Julie Gamble-Turner, illustrated by Rose Matthews. 😍

This much-needed guide explores the intersection of menopause and autism, offering insight and support not just for autistic people navigating the menopausal transition, but also for those around them. 🤝

At Menopause in the Workplace by Henpicked and Menopause Friendly, we were honoured to fund the research alongside Bournemouth University, helping to shine a light on an area that has been overlooked for far too long.

Thank you Kate for the early look, we can’t wait for this to reach the hands of those who need it most. 🤩

We're delighted to see Reach plc featured in HoldtheFrontPage for achieving The Menopause Friendly Accreditation. 👏

Our Independent Assessment Panel requires organisations to demonstrate meaningful, sustainable action in raising menopause awareness, equipping managers with the right tools, and ensuring colleagues feel understood and supported.

Julia Warren, HR director at Reach, said: “We’re so proud to call ourselves a menopause accredited organisation and to have updated our policy to reflect our belief that the menopause must be handled seriously and sensitively.

In particular I want to commend the Meno-chat group for their passionate commitment and efforts to get us here.

At Reach, our aim is to support all of our people through any phase of life, and this achievement marks a big step forward in an area that affects so many people.”

Accreditation comes after independent assessment
