The latest respiratory report shows influenza activity has again increased across all surveillance indicators.

Flu is spreading, you can help stop the spread by:
• Washing your hands regularly
• Catching coughs and sneezes in a tissue
• Minimising contact with others
• Getting vaccinated if you are eligible

Most cases can be managed at home. Here are some tips:
• Rest and sleep
• Keep warm
• Take ibuprofen or paracetamol for fever
• Drink plenty of fluids

You can help to reduce the spread by:
• Staying home if unwell
• Avoiding contact with vulnerable people
• Covering coughs/sneezes, wash hands, clean surroundings

It's not always easy, we know. Every man who walks through those doors has done it for the first time.

Every man who talks has done so for that first time.

We have had tears and we often have laughter. We have a safe, judgement free space, filled with men who understand what you're going through.

If you've been worried about coming to a session, we don't force you to do anything; you can come along and listen - see what it's all about. If/when you want to talk, we're all ears (with tea, coffee and biscuits thrown in).

No pressure, no need to book, no need to talk.

You have nothing to lose and everything to gain.

👵 👴People aged 75 to 79 can be vaccinated for RSV - an infectious disease of the airways and lungs.

RSV can make you become wheezy or short of breath and lead to pneumonia and other life-threatening conditions. It can be more severe for older people.

Contact your GP to book the RSV vaccine.
