Flu spreads quickly and can sometimes cause serious illness - that’s why the NHS offers the free nasal spray flu vaccine to school-aged children. It’s quick, safe and usually given at school during the autumn term.

You may find it helpful to talk about your feelings, and NHS support is available. Charities like Sands - baby loss charity, Miscarriage Association and Tommy's are also available to help.
