RESCHEDULED DATE FOR SW LIVE!!

After last Sunday’s almost Slimming World Live, we’re very pleased to say we’ve got a new date in the diary and we’re ready for Take 2.
Tuesday 5th May
8pm
You’ll be pleased to know everything has now been tested, re‑tested and then tested again. We’ve turned it off and back on again (more than once), kicked the tyres and made very sure we’re good to go.

See!! I knew keeping hold of plastic tubs etc is a useful thing!!😍🤣
Had a bit of fat free natural Greek yoghurt to use up, added blueberries , raspberries and strawberries for more speed 😍😋

10 hours at head office today 🤪😍
And another 10 tomorrow !!
No rest for the wikid ….. but it’s so worth it to keep all you lovely members full of support whenever needed !!
I have the best group of members ever!

I want to share something that I know many us have felt !
A lot of us can feel a little embarrassed if we “rejoin” Slimmingworld …. Well I feel exactly the same about running!!
I have started (and finished) couch to 5k many times!! But it isn’t that bad is it ??!!
It’s good!!
I feel I need to restart this running as I am thinking of myself …. It keeps me focused , I am looking after my health, I have had injuries so being careful and I know I will be able to run for longer soon , just like I used to! 🥰
So there’s nothing wrong with having to do things again … it’s a reset xx

Came home to this … then I’m heading off to the sparkly castle for 2 days training x

Okay I cheated!!! Had sw chips instead of cutting up the potatoes they sent me 🤣
Need to get to work(sw group) so I can save those potatoes for another day/meal!

This was sooooo lovely ! Felt like a proper treat … free food and plenty of speed free food!😋😋😍😍 nom nom nom x
