I loved loved loved my lunch today!! Can easily take something like this to work in a food container !
Plain couscous mixed with a veg stock , roasted parsnips, red onion, carrots, red pepper and Brussels sprouts … and homemade scotch eggs … all free with lots of speed 😍😍😋😋

I CANT GET ENOUGH OF THESE GORGEOUS SLIMMINGWOLRD PANCAKES 😍😍😍😍
Ok… they are hard to get hold of at the moment as they are brand new !! But keep searching for them in either Iceland Foods or Food Warehouse!!
They are bloody amazing !! These are the blueberry ones , also do maple 😋😋😋

The new beef rendang from the SlimmingWorld food range was gorgeous!

Had with brown rice (both free foods) and I tried out the new sw garlic and coriander naan bread too!! ( a new healthy fibre choice).. Game changer 😍😍

Very nice and mops up well!😋🤣

Thankyou to my sister Mandy !

She stopped off on Matlock yesterday, nipped into their Iceland store and was lucky to get a pack of sw pancakes for me to try !😍😍😍 They are bloody yummy!! Had the maple ones (2 fibre choices for 2!) had plenty of defrosted frozen fruit on and we shared 1/3 of the remaining skyr baked apple yoghurt on top (1/2 swip between us)

I will be on the hunt for more !!!! Let’s hope Iceland and food warehouse keep fully stocked with these ….. they are gunna be very popular!!😍😍😋😋

Totally stuffed after this dinner !

Total 3 swips (looks like M&S lean burgers have slightly increased ! Used to be 1 swip each … now 1 1/2 each)…

Used large mushrooms instead of a bun … extra speed with the roasted tomatoes !

Had 1 babybel light (halved it on burgers ) which is part of my healthy calcium choice , made my own sw chips ! Wonky potatoes from Aldi .... cut up and par boiled then I put in the oven (sprayed in low cal spray) as I had burgers/mushrooms in airfryer .. and also added more speed with tenderstem broccoli..

Bloody yummy 😍😍😋😋
