What's not to love about losing weight the slimming world way?!!

All this food as part of the plan. All what we call free food too, when cooked without added oil.

Free food can be eaten without limits throughout your day, no counting, no weighing, just yummy food that fills your belly properly.. its easy to lose weight and stick to plan when your not hungry or depriving yourself.

We still have a good 11 weeks before the summer holidays, instead of saying all of the above, how about in July you say, I’m so glad I started my journey with Kylie in May❤️
I’m so glad I didn’t wait ❤️
I’m so glad I stuck with it the first week, the weeks that followed and turned into months❤️
