This International Women’s Day, I’m inviting you into a 2-hour self-massage workshop for women — a space to soften, reconnect, and come home to yourself 🤍
Part 1 - FACE
Your face tells your story.
With 43 muscles, it holds emotion, memory, and tension just like the rest of the body. What you feel shows on your face — and what your face does can change how you feel.
Together we’ll explore simple, effective facial massage techniques to:
• release built-up tension
• soften expression
• support emotional balance
• feel (and look) more relaxed — no expensive salon treatment required
Part 2 - BELLY
The centre of your power, intuition, and femininity.
So often ignored, yet holding so much.
Through a guided, gentle self-massage, you’ll learn how to:
• reconnect with your womb & solar plexus
• release deep fascial tension
• support digestion, breathing & emotional wellbeing
• ease menstrual & lower back pain
This is slow, nourishing, embodied work — and you’ll leave with tools you can use for life.
