It is a GOOD start to the year at TFTF Tots! We are so excited to share some of the many highlights from our Ofsted report!
🌟 A Positive Learning Environment

At TFTF Tots, our children thrive in an engaging, well-planned environment that sparks curiosity and joy. From exploring creative activities to participating in hands-on learning experiences, there's something to inspire every child!
📚 A robust Key Children system
"The staff know children well and carefully consider their developmental stages and individual interests when planning activities."
Our key person system is the heart of our approach, ensuring each child is known, valued, and supported. Staff use their deep understanding of each child’s needs and interests to create meaningful learning opportunities that inspire and engage. With daily outings, hands-on activities, and tailored planning, every child is given the tools to flourish.

Whether it’s visits to parks, the community garden, or the library, our children gain a sense of adventure and discovery while building essential skills.

We embrace diversity and teach children the value of inclusion and respect, creating a nurturing space where every child feels seen, valued, and part of the TFTF Tots family.
📖 A curriculum that inspires communication
"Leaders have developed a clear curriculum focusing on children's communication and language skills. Children of all ages develop a love of books as they enjoy listening to their favourite stories. Staff provide activities that build on children's knowledge and understanding of the stories they read."
Our carefully designed curriculum is tailored to every child, combining a love of learning with exciting opportunities to grow and develop. Our focus on communication helps children express themselves and develop strong language skills. From story-time to imaginative play, we cultivate a lifelong love of books and storytelling.
💡 Supporting Every Child
"Children with special educational needs and/or disabilities and those who speak English as an additional language are supported well by the staff team. Staff work closely with other professionals to get the early and ongoing support that children need. As a result, children make good progress across all areas of learning."
