Reflection 💫✨️
This weekend I spent the day reflecting on 2025. One of the intentions I set myself was to journal every day but to also use my planner weekly.
The goal was to give myself space for Gratitude and Manifestations daily to get me into the right mindset before I started my day, and to break down my goals into weekly intentions so they seemed easier to manage and I could then make smaller, more manageable consistent steps.
Honestly, the journalling every morning did not happen every day. But I would say that I achieved 70% of the year which I am proud of. And this is something I want to add to and continue, because on the mornings that I didn’t complete this and my morning routine, I really felt it. Talking to myself in the morning positively REALLY did change my outlook on the day, myself, and allowed me to respond to situations rather than react.
I am very proud that I did stick to my weekly planner 🎉🙌
I found that breaking up my goals into monthly, and then weekly mini tasks, planning them around my week, allowed me to have a full understanding of how i would achieve the aims set, and then be able to visualise it actually happening. It didnt matter if I did this how I had planned on a Sunday or if it ran over to Monday or Tuesday. It was great to be able to recap on my previous week, recognise and celebrate my little wins and then feel confident in what I needed to do for the next week.
For anyone with a lot going on or goals they want to achieve, I highly recommend this 👌
Lastly, I always have loved planners and stationary so LOVED buying my new planner and loved how it was just a mini version of my one for this year ❤️
It also excites me that there are 365 days unwritten and ready for me to decide how I spend them 🥰
Not feeling ready or know even where to start?
We have plenty of time to book on to our first in person workshop for Manifestation and Vision board to help you in the right direction to reflect and set your intentions for 2026 ✨️
