Last week we celebrated Sri Lankan New Year, and with some of our staff marking this special occasion, we wanted to share the experience with our residents, relatives, and the rest of our team here at Alexandra Care Home.

The afternoon was filled with traditional games, music, singing, dancing, and a delicious buffet specially prepared by our kitchen team. It was wonderful to see so many smiles, laughter, and moments of joy shared across the home.

A heartfelt thank you to all the staff who planned, prepared, and took part in creating such a meaningful and memorable celebration. Your effort and enthusiasm made the day truly special for everyone.
