New Year’s Day can bring a lot of pressure - to feel hopeful, to set goals, to be “better” than last year.

If you’re feeling tired, low, anxious, or just not sure how you feel, that’s okay. This year doesn’t need a big restart - it can begin with being kind to yourself and asking for support when things feel hard.

If you need to talk to someone, we’re here to listen. Visit our website to learn more about our free mental health and emotional wellbeing support: https://www.beusupport.co.uk/get-free-mental-health-support/

Season’s greetings from all of us at BeU 🤍

The holiday period can be a time for slowing down, reflecting, and taking care of yourself and those around you. For some, it can also bring mixed feelings — and that’s okay.

If you or someone you know needs support, you can make a referral to BeU to access help in the New Year. For urgent support over the festive period, young people can speak to a Childline counsellor by calling 0800 1111, or anyone can contact Samaritans on 116 123 for free, confidential emotional support, 24/7.

To learn more or make a referral, visit https://www.beusupport.co.uk or call 0115 708 0008.

This Remembrance Day, we pause to reflect on the courage, kindness, and selflessness shown by so many.
We remember those who gave their lives and those who cared for others through conflict and their recovery.
Examples that remind us of the power of every act of compassion and care.
