1/ Cleanse & Detoxify - as we are now approaching the last part of shedding of the old and upgrading with the new energies of the fire horse 🐎
It’s important to cleanse not only our surroundings like our homes, but also to look after our own health and wellbeing during this time. Take rest when needed, don’t rush or force anything, patience is required when our physical bodies are detoxifying and releasing anything that’s no longer serving us. Be gentle with yourself.

2/ Balance - This is a card that requires you to work at bringing more balance into your life. Taking your time instead of rushing around trying to fit too much into your life. Stop juggling so many plates, don’t worry if one or two of them drop by the wayside. Our bodies require balance of yin and yang, as well as work and play or down time.
Centering your energy and having some self care is necessary. Levelling your energy and honouring your health, peace, and wellbeing. Doing this will help to make it part of your daily routine.

It’s been a while since I last posted on this account. So today I thought I would pull you all a spirit message card from the spirit message deck.
Self healing is so important for us on a physical level as well as on a soul level. Each time we work through the healing process we elevate ourselves to a higher level, shredding the layers of trauma to our soul, that don’t serve us.
It’s through working through this, and going through the releasing process, that we start our self healing journey.
