We are so proud to announce that our hard work has paid off again this year as we have been given the title of The Best Rated. An award that showcases the three best businesses in your category. For us, James' acupuncture and his approach to work has really paid off with us gaining the title for the second year running.

Whilst this award is only in the acupuncture category the whole centre and our ethos is judged against that of others in the same category based on 50 areas of the business from reviews to website design, and even telephone manner!

But the main part of this award is from the hard work and unwavering dedication James has shown this business and his profession over the last year. Pioneering new Acupuncture approaches with the mental health combinations has grown in leaps and bounds.

I am very proud of James and the rest of the team for their hard work and professionalism over the last few years our business has operated and I hope we can help as many in their healing journey as we have over the last year.

Depending on what the client needs we often combine different modalities to maximise the effectiveness of treatments. This client had a lot of tension in the upper torso and upon examination was very cold in the kidney region. For this reason we combined dry cupping with hot stone to provide the most beneficial treatment we could. This is just one of the ways we are different to most clinics as we don’t restrict ourselves to one treatment type per appointment.

The Riverside Natural Health Centre is an award winning acupuncture and wellbeing clinic situated near Trent Bridge. We offer a variety of services (about 140!) that can aid in the improvement of health and wellbeing.

This year we won the 2023 Three Best Rated Acupuncture Clinic Award for the hard work and dedication of our resident acupuncturist James. He specialises in person centred acupuncture and helps those with both physical and mental ailments.

Myself, I am a herbalist and teach on the BSc Medical Herbalism Course at Lincoln and specialise in Men's Health using the existential therapy model.

Our team of dedicated therapists will only give you the best treatment and aim to have you leave us feeling refreshed and cared for.

At our clinic there is something for everyone and we dedicate our time to helping improve the health and wellbeing of all out clients.

Here at the riverside we don't believe in subjecting you to a clinical environment. Instead we've built a space you can feel at home in, a space to relax, and a space to escape.
