In perimenopause, having HRT alone isn't the key.
A good digestive tract is SUPER important and exercise helps this.
Movement massages your digestive system i.e. intestines and this helps you p**p.
If you can't p**p, you can't get rid of your toxins, this build up can be expressed elsewhere.
Side note: A key example is eczema, our digestive tract often doesn't work well, so our toxin build up gets expressed in our skin.
I digress, in the case of HRT where hormone absorption is key, this can't happen if our digestive tract isn't on point.
Here I'm doing 5 rounds of a variation Cindy (5 pull ups/shoulder shrugs, 10 push ups, 15 air squats/30 alternate lunges). It literally took me 10 minutes!
