Pre-booking and payment is essential to secure your slot. There is a 24-hour cancellation policy that applies to all classes/sessions, if you cancel less than that time, you will lose the full session payment.

Workout Summary: Pull (Back + Biceps)

Barbell Bent Over Row:
3 sets: 8-10 reps

Lat Pulldown:
3 sets: 10-12 reps

Landmine Single Arm Row:
3 sets: 10 reps

Rope Facepulls + KB Upright Row:
3 sets: 15 reps each

DB Bicep Curls:
3 sets: 8-10 reps

Each session is focused on utilising progressive overload and technique optimisation.

Overall program change and assessment are every 4-6 weeks, depending on how the client is progressing.

Balance Is the Key to Fitness Results

The fitness industry often promotes extremes — extreme diets, extreme workouts, extreme transformations. But real, lasting results come from balance.

You don’t need to train every day or cut out all your favorite foods. You need consistency. A few solid workouts each week. Nutritious meals most of the time. Enough sleep and recovery.

Results come from what you can maintain — not what you can survive for 30 days.

Train hard, but rest. Eat well, but enjoy life. Be disciplined, but not obsessed.
