Church Farm Care is a specialist dementia care provider and a Living Wage employer.

Church Farm Nursing Home Ltd is a family owned company of four homes in Cotgrave, West Bridgford and Radcliffe on Trent. We specialise in the care of people living with a dementia in three of the homes and provide high quality residential, nursing care and palliative care in the fourth. We believe that each person is an individual with a life history that we respect. Helping people to feel at home, safe, secure and loved with the feeling that every day can be well-lived is what drives us.

Before Christmas, the family members of Wren Hall enjoyed some intergenerational festive fun with the children from Little Wrens nursery.

Everyone enjoyed making some Christmas cookies using festive cookie cutters in the shapes of angels, Christmas trees, stars, snowmen and reindeers ⛄️
