Church Farm Care Church Farm Care is a specialist dementia care provider and a Living Wage employer.

Church Farm Nursing Home Ltd is a family owned company of four homes in Cotgrave, West Bridgford and Radcliffe on Trent. We specialise in the care of people living with a dementia in three of the homes and provide high quality residential, nursing care and palliative care in the fourth. We believe that each person is an individual with a life history that we respect. Helping people to feel at home, safe, secure and loved with the feeling that every day can be well-lived is what drives us.

Recently, the family members of Church Farm Cotgrave attended an Armed Forces and Veterans breakfast club 🍳

Everyone enjoyed exchanging stories and experiences with others who served, all whilst enjoying a delicious breakfast.

A veteran's breakfast club like this can reduce feelings of isolation, can improve social interaction and create a sense of wider community 💖

Church Farm Cotgrave recently celebrated Diwali with a jam-packed day of activities 🪔

Family members enjoyed making Diyas from salt dough and trying on sarees while the staff did some fantastic dancing and taught family members some moves along the way. Family members were also treated to some home-cooked vegetable rice and curry for lunch 🍛
