You’ve been everyone’s go-to. The fixer, the mover, the shaker, the sympathetic ear, and the one always on speed dial! 💪💬

You’ll be so missed, but we’re wishing you the most fabulous retirement — filled with family time, travel, long coffees, and vino with friends (and yes, we’re definitely in that group! 🍷☕).

Our unofficial motto? Work hard, play harder!

This years triathlon was made up of runs, ocean dips, and seriously good food.

The waves may have been a touch small, but the sea was gorgeous 🌊

And the sunsets? Next level 🌅

Congrats to Val, who won her age group at the Coniston end to end swim this year:

“Back in February I couldn’t swim even one stroke of front crawl as my right shoulder was so bad.

A couple of weeks ago I managed to swim 5.25 miles of front crawl at the Coniston end to end swim.

A huge thanks to Impact Physio and the absolutely wonderful Jo Keegan without whom I definitely wouldn’t have made it! ( Just worrying about what she has planned next in her quest to make me a better and faster swimmer).

As a bonus I was 10 minutes quicker than the last time I swam Coniston and the additional bonus was winning my age group.

With years of experience in private practice and sports rehabilitation, Krish specialises in helping people overcome pain, recover from injury, and get back to doing what they love. 💪

Krish is an experienced musculoskeletal physio with additional training:
🎓 Postgraduate Diploma in Sports & Exercise Medicine – University of Nottingham
🏋️‍♂️ Trained in Pilates & Olympic weightlifting

His key areas of interest include:
✔️ Sports injuries
✔️ Tendon & joint pain
✔️ Post-op rehab
✔️ Active recovery for runners & gym-goers

Krishna’s focus:
📚 Evidence-based, personalised treatment plans
🤲 Blends hands-on therapy with targeted exercise rehab

Outside the clinic, you’ll find Krish trail running, lifting weights, or exploring the great outdoors. 🌿🏃‍♂️
