I honestly can’t believe it’s already been a whole year — and what a year it has been!

I can truly say that Agincare is the best care company I have ever worked for. From the management team to the amazing carers, the support is second to none. I feel so grateful to be part of such an exceptional organisation that genuinely cares about its staff, clients, and the families involved.

Over the past year, I’ve had some fantastic training opportunities, and I’m incredibly thankful that the company is supporting me through my Level 4 NVQ — something I’ve always wanted to pursue. Being invested in and encouraged to grow like this really means a lot.

I’ve been given the opportunity to make a real difference, share my ideas, and feel truly listened to and valued. That support has made my role so rewarding.

I’m really looking forward to continuing my journey as a Field Care Supervisor and hope to be part of the Agincare family for many years to come 💙
