Are you an over thinker? Does your mind race?
Do you want to talk to other men about how you are feeling, in a safe, supportive environment?
If you are experiencing anxiety, depression, health anxiety, work stress, low self-confidence, are maybe struggling after a break up or have recently been diagnosed with poor mental health or prescribed anti-depressants, join us at our talking group session.
In the taster sessions, facilitated by a fully qualified therapist, you will join up to six other men to talk, share and explore how you are feeling.
You will get the opportunity to experience a group environment, see if you might benefit from future sessions and decide if would like to join a series of paid sessions.
Three taster sessions are available currently:
Thursday 24th March 6.30pm to 8pm
Monday 28th March 6.30pm to 8pm
Thursday 31st March 6.30pm to 8pm

Depending on feedback from the taster sessions, the Fellow Minds regular group will start in May and include six, 1.5 hours sessions at £35 per session.
Fellow Minds is a group founded by therapist Danielle Hutchings from DSH Therapy and Jason Cannon, who has personal experience of challenging mental health. While looking for a support group, they found nothing was available in the Nottingham area and wanted to set something up to bring fellow minded folks together to support each other during difficult times.
