We’re excited to share that will be attending the Annual Conference this September in Cardiff! 🎉

With this year’s theme ‘Transition: Leading Together’, the conference promises to highlight the vital role of multidisciplinary teamwork and leadership in neonatal care.

From world-renowned speakers like Cheryl Battersby to Richard Sindelar sharing Sweden’s approach to caring for babies born at 22-23 weeks, it’s set to be two days of learning, collaboration, and connection.

We can’t wait to be part of the conversation and of course, we’re also looking forward to the 5K run 🏃‍♀️ and that dance floor at the Annual Dinner! 💃

Today, on Father’s Day, we’re thinking of the dads spending time in neonatal units, and those holding everything together outside of them 💚

For many fathers, today isn’t just a celebration. It can mean navigating uncertainty, balancing responsibilities, and juggling life outside the unit while trying to stay present in it.

At mOm, we believe neonatal care should support every parent. Let’s keep working toward environments that make dads feel seen, heard, and part of their baby’s journey from day one.

What an inspiring day at the Y&H Neonatal ODN. A huge thank you to the organisers and everyone who stopped by the Incubators stand. It was a privilege to connect with so many passionate professionals dedicated to advancing neonatal care.

From powerful family stories to pioneering research on neuroprotection, respiratory care, and quality improvement, today was a reminder of just how much collaboration and innovation is shaping the future of neonatal services across the region.

We’re proud to be part of this community, supporting more flexible, accessible neonatal care through technology designed with babies and their families in mind.

We’re excited to be attending the Y&H Neonatal ODN Annual Conference 2025 this week in Doncaster!

Hosted on Thursday 8 May at the Racecourse, the conference brings together leading voices in neonatal care to explore how we can deliver a “seamless, responsive, multidisciplinary sustainable service”.

With sessions covering everything from:

💚 Feeding and non-invasive respiratory support in neonatal care,
💚 Family perspectives on neonatal unit stays,
💚 Quality Improvement innovations (including comfort through cannulation and enhanced parent involvement),
💚 To the latest data from the National Neonatal Audit Programme ( ) and neuroprotection research,

…it’s a powerful reminder of the vital work happening across the network and the importance of collaboration, compassion, and in neonatal care. We’re proud to stand alongside our peers and partners as part of the neonatal ecosystem, working to place babies and their families at the centre of care.

It was great to kick off our participation in the HRC Innovation for Healthcare Net Zero Programme at SurgTech 2025 with Professor Peter Culmer from the and Richard Shaw from pd-m international.

There were talks running in parallel, where we caught useful insights on Med Tech implementation from Professor Carl Thompson, and about the transformation at NICE from Programme Director Anastasia Chalkidou.

Our main focus was on the Net Zero Roadmap and how we can supercharge our product innovation to help the NHS meet it’s commitment get it’s Carbon Footprint Plus to Net Zero by 2045.

Huge shoutout to the incredible – Midwife, Nurse, University Lecturer, Humanitarian Aid Worker, and winner of the Who Cares Wins Best Midwife Award ... making a global impact 🌍

Wendy recently donated a unit (via ) to a maternity hospital in Eastern Ukraine, where there’s been a sharp rise in premature births. The incubator was delivered in March and gratefully received by hospital staff who truly needed the support.

She also recently shared another delivery of a mOm Incubators unit to City Hospital, Kharkiv region, delivered on her behalf by friend, Josh Good. 👏

Huge thanks again to Tameside Rotary for donating the incubators and supporting these lifesaving efforts 💚
