Meningitis Outbreak – Information for Patients
Your vaccination history should be available on the NHS App.
Please check the app to confirm you are up to date with your vaccines.

If your child is under 10 and you are concerned they may not have received all of their routine vaccinations, please submit an admin request asking us to check their records.
We will review this and contact you to arrange an appointment if any vaccinations are needed.

If you are secondary school aged and missed your MenACWY vaccine (usually given around age 13), you should arrange to catch up.

Symptoms to Watch For
Seek urgent medical help if you or someone else develops:
Fever
Severe headache
Neck stiffness
Sensitivity to light
Drowsiness or confusion
Rash that does not fade when pressed
Early treatment is very important and can be life-saving.

Social Prescribing return to re-open our Community Hub in West Bridgford on 15th September and we are open most Mondays and have drop-in sessions 10-12, where patients can find out information, access resources or join us for a cuppa and a chat. Our vibrant hub is designed to enhance health and wellness within our community with a wide variety of activities.

Location: West Bridgford Young People's Centre, Bridgford Rd, West Bridgford, Nottingham NG2 6AT. Patients can use the link below for a list of free activities on offer.
