Traffic Update - Queens Road, Beeston 🚦

Please be aware that roadworks are currently taking place on Queens Road, Beeston, with temporary multi-way traffic lights in operation. The works are scheduled to run from Monday 5th January until Thursday 29th January 2026 and are causing traffic congestion and delays in the area.

We kindly ask all patients to allow extra time when travelling to the clinic to ensure you arrive for your appointment on time.

Break up long periods of sitting. Stand regularly to keep your muscles engaged and your spine happy.

2️⃣Stretch
Release tension with regular stretches. Loosen tight muscles and improve joint mobility.

3️⃣Stride
Build walking and movement into your day. Short walks keep circulation flowing and energy up.

Alex had the delight of celebrating 35 years since her graduation from the Anglo European College of Chiropractic this weekend in Bournemouth with 35 of her colleagues who joined her from all over the the world. She composed a video montage of all their old college photos for a Friday evening casual get together followed by a day of amazing lectures presented by her esteemed colleagues who are pioneers of the profession across the globe. The evening's glitter of awards, catching up and dancing concluded the weekend

Join Our Team! We're Hiring a Hygiene Technician/Cleaner
An exciting opportunity to become a part of the Beeston Chiropractic Clinic family!
Located at 191 Queens Road, Beeston, NG9 2BZ, we are looking for a dedicated Hygiene Technician/Cleaner to join us on a part-time basis.

Position Details:

Hours: 6 hours per week, split into three 2-hour morning shifts (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday) from 06:00 - 08:00.

Duties: Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across the clinic.

Ideal Candidate:

Previous cleaning experience is a plus.

Basic hygiene qualifications are advantageous.

Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with initiative.
