Vitamin D (calciferol), also referred to as the sunshine vitamin ☀️ is a nutrient the body needs to function properly.

This vital vitamin is essential for building and maintain healthy bones. Along with many other benefits ✨

Between October and March, our body's need more vitamin D, due to the lack of sunlight we have in the UK and generally people spend more time indoors due to colder weather 🥶
