Day 9 of my Plank Challenge of 2 min plank everyday throughout April. Raising money for Cancer Research.
After breaking ny neck 2yrs ago I lost all my fitness. Trying to regain it has been difficult due to ongoing issues with neuropathic pain as a result of the accident. I’m determined to get fit and strong again and this seemed a great way to be motivated … getting stronger and raising money for a good cause . Any donations would be gratefully appreciated . Started Challenge 1st April and struggled to do even a minute. Improving slowly and this was today’s time 💪💪. Please see link to donate . Thank you

As from the 7th August my clinic has changed venues and I will no longer be working out of Rufford.
I will now be based in :

Edwinstowe House
High Street
Edwinstowe .
NG21 9PR

DIRECTIONS
Travelling into Edwinstowe you follow the one way system pass the Co-op, Edwinstowe House is then on the left hand side.
You will get to the barrier where you will need to push the button and the barrier will lift .
Continue to drive to the right , pass the main reception area and into the signposted OVERFLOW car park . The entrance you will need is the LAST set of glass doors . Once parked you need to text me to let me know you are here and I will come and get you as soon as I’m free.
I hope the transition to my new venue will go smoothly for everyone. I hope to continue to build my business and provide you all with a high standard of practice .
