We have relocated from our former premises under Minster Pilates of King street Southwell to our gorgeous new home in unit 7, Southwell Business centre. As Fourth Studio Pilates. Authentic, bespoke classes. Small and large studio equipment classes. Fully qualified and insured to teach Mat work, Wunda Chair, Barrels, Reformer, Pre & Postnatal, with over a decade of full time teaching experience. Honouring Joseph Pilates original contrology method with a dash of contemporary movement. I am a lifelong practitioner and a proud associate of JPilates ltd. Supporting people’s movement and wellbeing. Pilates is so much more than Reformer, it is a lifestyle and investment in yourself. 💛

A little late to the update party but I had better officially announce that we have relocated!
Fourth Studio Pilates (previously known as Minster Pilates of king street Southwell) is now based at unit 7, Southwell business centre, crew lane.
Bespoke Pilates classes taught across the small and large equipment apparatus. 💛
