Ben's Stengths Based Approach Goal for January was to cook from start to finish for everybody in the home with support from staff and the cook.
Ben has fulfilled his goal today, and proud of himself for contributing to the support of his friends , alongside learning vital food hygiene and safety procedures for larger scale cooking

On Christmas Day, one of our staff members on shift cooked a traditional Nigerian Christmas meal for everyone who wanted to try it.

This dish is also enjoyed in other parts of Africa, including Ghana, Senegal, The Gambia, Sierra Leone, Liberia, and Cameroon.

The meal pictured was Jollof rice, mixed vegetables, plantain, and chicken — it looks absolutely amazing!
