MTS Cryo Stores is a secure off site facility for low temperature and ultra low temperature storage of samples, sera and laboratory research material. Transportation and courier services for samples to any where in the world can be readily arranged. Our services are designed to meet the needs of:

The services are designed to allow you to place your samples at our premises in our purpose built sample storage rooms. The facility has been designed to house up to 100 large capacity ultra low temperature refrigeration freezers and a number of Cryo LN2 vessels. The facility has complete Liquid Carbon Dioxide and LN2 backup facilities to cover for individual equipment failure along with constantly running backup freezers and standby units, for complete power failure there is a permanent diesel generator back-up supply. There is an in house team of Ultra Low Temperature Refrigeration engineers to deal with any emergencies that might arise. Our engineers have over 20 years experience of working with and handling low temperature equipment and are experts in their field. We cater for the smallest amount of storage such as a single box of samples all the way through to supporting complete research projects. Our prices start for storage of a single box of samples, to a full shelf or complete freezer, up to any volume the client requires; and discounts on volume and the term of contract are available. Whether you require storage for a year or 15 years then we are sure we can help. We are also interested in talking to companies who wish to incorporate our storage services into their commercial offerings and services.

Our electric consumption dropped by an impressive 23%. We achieved this by replacing some of our older freezers in the planned room, some of which ran at a daily usage of 26 kWh/day.
