"Worry disguises itself as responsibility.
It whispers that if you think enough, plan enough, fear enough — you’ll be safe.
But in truth, worry does not solve tomorrow’s problems.
It only robs today of its life, joy, and clarity.

🕊️ When you worry, your body is here, but your mind is elsewhere — trapped in imagined futures that may never arrive.
You suffer twice: once in your thoughts, and again if the difficulty actually comes.

🍃 Peace is not found by controlling tomorrow.
Tomorrow is never in your hands.
Circumstances will change. People will act as they will. Life will unfold on its own terms.

Peace is found by fully living today.

✨ By breathing consciously.
✨ By being present with what is in front of you.
✨ By doing what you can — and releasing what you cannot.

The present moment is the only place where life actually happens.
Not yesterday. Not tomorrow.
Only now.

🌱 When you stop feeding worry, you reclaim your energy.
When you return to the present, your mind softens.
And in that simplicity, peace naturally arises.

👉 Do what today asks of you.
👉 Let tomorrow come when it comes.

"The past and the future have no physical presence here and now.
They cannot touch you in this moment.

What causes suffering is memory replaying what has already ended
and imagination projecting what has not yet arrived.

The mind moves away from the present
and turns thought into pain.

Right now, there is only this breath,
this moment,
this awareness.

When attention returns to what is real and present, the grip of memory and imagination loosens.

Peace is not found by fixing the past or controlling the future,
but by resting fully in the only place life exists — now..." 🌿🧘‍♀️

But the same is true for joy, optimism, and love.
They lift, expand, and soften everything around them.

Choose environments and relationships that bring out your best.
Be mindful of what you allow into your inner space.

And just as importantly, become what you wish to receive.

The latest craziness in the wellbeing sphere - classification of certain mushrooms as "novel foods", is sparking some interesting discussions on social media, one of them from the certified nutritionists and herbalist in a kind of interesting way defending that classification and saying that the certified herbalists will still be able to prescribe those mushrooms. Well, I understand that they're just simply doing their job and that's how they make their living.

It's just that those discussions reminded me so much of the discussions I used to have with certified aromatherapists vigorously arguing with me about my promotions of dõTERRA essential oils for health and wellbeing without being officially certified/qualified as an aromatherapist. 🫣

That is all fear based mindset. ☺️

Most plant based natural remedies, be it mushrooms or essential oils, are safe in moderation and does not require us to hold any certificates or qualifications in order to be used for supporting our health and wellbeing.

However there are always some people who just think that more is better. 🤪 Oh dear dear dear ... and that's why we have a "nanny state" ...

as if they are treasures, even while they burn.

Letting go is not an action of force—
it is an action of awareness.
The moment you truly see the damage,
the moment you recognize the burn,
your hand opens naturally.

There is no need to fight the grip.
No need to push the pain away.
Just witness it honestly.

When the heart understands
that holding on is the suffering, letting go becomes the healing.

This is the quiet wisdom of freedom:
Pain ends not when life changes, but when you stop carrying what harms you."

Controlling people get uncomfortable when they can no longer dictate your choices.
Takers get upset when you finally say “no.”
Manipulators become angry when you recognize their tactics and refuse to play their game.

But this discomfort is not a sign you’re doing something wrong—
it’s proof that you’re growing.
It means you’re no longer living to please others at the cost of yourself.

The moment you become okay with being disliked, you become truly powerful.
Because then your decisions come from self-respect,
not fear.

"Master yourself. Take back what is yours. You have a choice to decide where you give your mental and emotional energy to. You decide to tune in and allow it to live within you when you can just be an observer of the situations that test your patience. You might be working on yourself and evolving past the dramas that once pulled you in. There’s certain situations that return to test your evolution, but it’s not about anyone else.

It’s about how much you have worked on yourself and how much it no longer affects you. When we’re learning to master our inner self we can see clearly what triggers us and those situations are the ones that require us to grow.

So be thankful when things come up because you now know how to work through it instead of overreacting and overthinking it. Mastering yourself is an everyday experience that helps you get better at being the best you. You’ll realize you no longer have the energy to play along or react so easily.

You find yourself investing your time in what adds value into your life. Your focus becomes about living a more enriched life because anything else is draining your precious life force.

Ask yourself is it even worth giving my precious life force to something that happened in the past? To someone who doesn’t deserve it? To a situation you outgrew? Remember, your attention and your focus is your power.

The scenarios you overthink and constantly replay aren’t evolving you. Stop the self-judgment and just forgive yourself. Decide now that you’re going to better manage your energy.

You’re going to think, feel, and do what evolves you. You’re going to make peace with what has happened and what you can’t change. Starting today you’re going to take your power back by consciously deciding what you feed your energy.

Don’t allow anyone to thrive off you. You have the power to manage your mental and inner world which will reflect how you handle everyday life. Be very patient with yourself. You’re evolving and learning. Things will get more clear for you."

Things that are truly aligned with your spirit won’t leave you tired, anxious, confused, or empty.
Whether it’s love, friendships, work, or opportunities—what is meant for you will nourish your soul, not exhaust it.

Pay attention to your energy.
If someone constantly leaves you feeling depleted, stressed, or unvalued, that’s not love—that’s a warning.
If a job destroys your peace, that’s a sign.
If a situation takes more from you than it gives, it’s not aligned with your future.

Life is always communicating with you through how you feel.
Your peace is the signal.
Your inner calm is the compass.

Don’t force what isn’t flowing.
Don’t cling to what is hurting you.
Don’t keep what costs you your peace.

the best medicine you can bring for sadness is not joy. it is not telling them that they need to move on or get over it or realise how much worse things could be. no. the medicine for a spirit in mourning is tenderness. and warmth. and compassion. and connection. and presence. sit with someone in their grief and let them cry their ugly tears. do not shine and scurry grief away. they must walk through it. this is love. to abandon all that we think we know and be so full of grace that we are invited in to partake in someone else's darkest moments. what an honour it is to simply be a light. the antidote for sadness is love. it is always love.

But if a cat were about to fall out of a tree and suddenly make up its mind that it didn’t want to fall, it would become tense and rigid, and would be just a bag of broken bones upon landing.
In the same way, it is the philosophy of the Tao that we are all falling off a tree, at every moment of our lives. As a matter of fact, the moment we were born, we were kicked off a precipice, and we are falling, and there is nothing that can stop it.
