Here’s a few pictures from yesterday’s baking session, The residents opted on making a yummy lemon cheesecake.
We had lots of fun and made lots of mess too 🤭 🍋 💛
The residents got to sample this delicious treat later on With a nice cuppa.

Arm chair exercise’s are another activity that our resident’s love joining in with.

Armchair exercises are a fantastic, gentle way for residents to stay active and maintain their health — even from the comfort of a seated position.

These low-impact movements help improve strength and flexibility, making everyday tasks like reaching for items or getting in and out of chairs a little easier. They also boost circulation, support better balance to reduce fall risk, and can enhance overall mobility without putting strain on joints.
