TRX is a form of suspension training that uses straps and your own body weight to build strength and control.
With a single anchor point from the ceiling, the straps allow you to move in multiple directions, creating a wide variety of exercises to target the whole body. The adjustable length and your position in relation to the anchor can easily increase or decrease the intensity of the moves, making it suitable for all levels.
With the straps requiring you to keep balance and stability, TRX is a great way to build strength, improve mobility, develop core stability, and enhance overall body control.
