Reiki Master Practitioner training days are always filled with joy, with a hint of bittersweet, as they mark the culmination of the Reiki training journey. While it's hard to say goodbye, I'm deeply grateful for the time I've shared with all my Reiki 'students'.

Many of us, myself included, begin this journey simply out of curiosity, never imagining the profound transformation it can bring. Guiding beautiful souls like Becky and Harpreet through their Reiki paths is a true honour. Their compassion, kindness, and light now radiates even more powerfully into a world that so deeply needs it.

Congratulations, Becky and Harpreet, the world is brighter because of you 💜

Sometimes the most powerful healing doesn’t come from deep conversations or silent reflection, it comes from belly laughs, dancing around the kitchen, and moments that lift your soul.

Healing isn’t always heavy. It can be silly, spontaneous, and full of joy. It’s in the days out, the board-game nights, the inside jokes, the music turned up loud, and the friends who remind you what it feels like to live.

Don’t underestimate the power of fun. Sometimes, that’s exactly what your heart needs to mend💜

Had a self-care morning today with my first session with Gabriella at Yumeiho Japanese Medical Massage, and I feel amazing! Gabi worked her magic using massage, joint stimulation, acupressure, and cupping to melt away all my aches, pains, and general wonkiness. I walked out feeling relaxed, reenergized and realigned. Highly recommend giving her a try if your body needs some TLC! 💜

At the weekend I had the absolute joy of teaching Reiki to Naomi and Debby, guiding them through their first steps into this gentle, powerful healing practice. Watching them open up, tune in, and begin to trust their intuition reminded me exactly what I love teaching Reiki so much.

Reiki isn't just a technique, it's a journey that can bring peace, clarity and life enhancing changes.
