🚗 🔑There are lots of things you can do to help a family member or friend get home from hospital in a timely way.

Making sure they have the clothes and footwear they need, organising a lift and stocking up the fridge with essentials all help towards a speedier hospital discharge.

Your GP practice will never ask for your bank or card details. If you receive a request like this please do not share any banking information and contact your practice as soon as possible.
