THIS IS A SCAM.

Your GP practice will never ask for your bank or card details. If you receive a request like this please do not share any banking information and contact your practice as soon as possible.

A huge thank you message from Dr Earis and her lovely family ❤️

“Thank you so much to all the amazing Rise Park Surgery patients who have bought spider plants from reception over the last few months. The plants were grown by Dr Earis’ daughters to help raise money for Cancer Research and the whole family were also sponsored to successfully complete a 5K or 10K Race for Life at Clumber Park on 28th June. We are pleased to let you know the grand total raised for this very worthy cause was £490.55 “
