🎪Welcome Weekend at Holistic Health Hub Derbyshire🎪

We are excited to be throwing our doors wide open and shouting welcome! This has been a long time coming, as we began our project in October 2022, unofficially opening in April 2023, and have been quietly growing as a social space since then. The weekend will officially announce the formal opening of our snug, a welcoming space to eat, drink, and connect.

There will be an opportunity to look through a catalog of before and after photos and try some of our taster sessions, which include options for adults, children, families, and neurodivergent individuals:

Doors will open at 11 am and close at 4 pm. A schedule of taster sessions will be pinned to our social pages and emailed out. Please note that places will be limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Our Open Weekend is your chance to explore a wide variety of classes, meet our passionate instructors, and experience what holistic health truly means. From high-energy aerial fitness to grounding yoga practices, we offer something for every body:
