It's the point between your thumb and forefinger - the padding.
Use your other thumb and forefinger to grip this area, and apply pressure for 5 mins.
We recommend taking deep breaths in through your nose and out through your nose while doing this.

🚫Menopause means the end of your periods and that your menstruation has now stopped.
🚫You're deemed menopausal once you have experienced 12 months free of periods. Until that point and while periods are still taking place, you would still be classified as perimenopausal no matter how sporadic your periods are.
🚫Perimenopause is the period that leads up to menopause. It can start anytime in a woman’s life, though mostly it effects the over the age of 45.
🚫If it happens before this age, you may be experiencing early menopause.

💡Remember, perimenopause can take several years - sometimes even a decade!
You can start experiencing symptoms in your early 30s or 40s. Some are physical, emotional or psychological, like the following.
